SETUP/CLEANUP FEES ARE IN ADDITION TO DEPOSITS & ROOM RENTAL FEES
300 Chairs is the standard setup at all times for the Ballroom, and 150 Chairs standard for the lounge at all times.
(If additional chairs are requested by the POC/Client he/she will need to setup the additional chairs, as well as breaking them down after event has taken place).
When using Club Hood to cater their event at PWC the client must reach a minimum of $1100.00 in food sales in order to have the room fee waived. If they are renting the lounge they must reach a food sale minimum of $500.00. Both rooms combined must reach a total of $1600.00.
