Grupo Mania is a popular meringue group from Puerto Rico. They have released eight albums, since 1993. The group is composed of the three brothers of the Serrano - Matos family: Héctor Iván “Banchy”, Edwin and Oscar, along with young choreographer Alfred Cotto.

The group has won various awards, to include: Tu Música, Agüeybaná, Farándula and Paoli. They also have three triple platinum albums with Sony Records.
