Mylin, born in the Philippines to a father in the U.S. Navy and a Filipino mother, was handpicked by the Disney Channel out of tens of thousands across North America to star on the hit television show, The Mickey Mouse Club when she was 14 years old. Since her Disney days, she has topped international charts with Mariah Carey, Sheryl Crow, Madonna and U2.

Mylin, who plays the guitar and piano, has played nine shows at military bases over the last year and a half in support of the troops.

Mylin is a spokesperson for Edge cosmetics, and has her own product line, which will be carried exclusively in over 3,000 Wal-Marts across the U.S. in 2008. She has also been included on over 50 compilation albums, selling over 1 million copies.
