1. Effective immediately: 100% ID check for all personnel (military, civ, etc.), with exception of groups 6 or more military personnel in uniform during PT hours between 0500-0900.

2. In accordance with AR 670-1, all military will be required to conform to the wear of jewelry policy (i.e. earrings), when accessing physical fitness centers. Thank you for your understanding.

  • Wellbeats ClassesThis system is convenient, accessible, and available to ages 6 years old and up. It is more than just classes, it’s a personalized solution for fitness programming, giving more participants access to tools that meet their needs or workout preference. The WELLBEATS Kiosk is equipped with tutorials and basic classes, format variety, multi-option instruction, workout plans and Fit Tests.

    The format variety classes consist of:
    REV (performance cycling), Fusion (Yoga & Pilates), TKO (kickbox conditioning), Stomp (all around step), Vibe (cardio & coordination), Kinetics (metabolic conditioning), Definitions (straight sculpt), Transitions (active aging 45+), Bar Strong (strength building), Kettle Power (intense strength & stamina), eXpress (fast, efficient fitness), Pregnancy Express (pre/post pregnancy), Silver & Fit (chair-based and standing exercises), MOVE ME! (Youth game-like activities) and Fit for Duty (DOD fitness training, created by the U.S. Pentagon).

It’s time for a healthy make over! Change your life and improve your health by visiting the Applied Functional Fitness Center for fun and exciting classes, and programs that will have you feeling like a whole new person!

Improve yourself at the Applied Functional Fitness Center and exercise in our main room filled with cardio machines featuring the elliptical, treadmills, step, and spin bikes. Youth 16 years and older looking for something more their style can also visit the Wii Fit room and play the Wii Fit interactive, exercise video game. Youth younger than 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.

The Applied Functional Fitness Center also offers an elite fitness, CrossFit class that challenges a person’s body to the max and uses varied functional movements such as; pushing, pulling, squatting, lifting and running, at high intensities. For those looking to accomplish a high-impact fitness class, visit the Functional Fitness Center and see what CrossFit has to offer!

The center is open to Active Duty Soldiers and/or Family members, retired military, DoD, Gold Star Family members, Civilians or DoD contractors.
