To create this look, start by dividing the hair into two equal sections and pulling them into ponytails at the crown of the head. Next, separate each ponytail into two equal sections and create a small loop in each section with an elastic band.
Then, drag a little length of hair from underneath the loop over the loop and tie it with another elastic band. Repeat this method all the way down the ponytail until you reach the end of the hair. Rep on the opposite side of the head, and then bind the ponytails with another elastic band.
