Many female viewers of Stranger Things believed this sci-fi program would be entirely about bromance when it first premiered on OTT in 2016. Boys bonding was intended when four childhood pals in the 1980s became engrossed in a board game about role-playing and searched for a missing BFF with a female who possessed superhuman abilities.
However, Stranger Things has been able to add more significant female characters to its main series with each season while effectively fleshing out each one. In addition to Eleven, the show’s main heroine, there are now many other significant female characters, and we are not complaining.

Most of the time, Marissa appears when other characters need to go to the library to find information, and she also has a quick love affair with Sheriff Jim Hopper. Like her demanding job as a librarian, Marissa isn’t overexploited.

In Stranger Things’ first and second seasons, Nicole, played by Glennellen Anderson, was a supporting figure. She was a friend of Steve, Tommy, and Carol and attended Hawkins High School. Her importance in the movie could be better, too, just an added character line to support the storyline.

She behaves more like a spectator to bullying, laughing, or saying hurtful things after conflicts.

She rambles a lot, much like Robin, before apologizing for appearing conceited and lamenting that she feels like her mouth is like a train that never stops. She tells Robin about how her lover left her after the opening. However, this accelerates Robin and Vickie’s friendship.

47. Mrs. Walsh
Status | Alive |
Family | Troy Walsh (Son) |
Residence | Hawkins, Indiana |
Appearance | “Chapter Seven: The Bathtub” (2016) |
Mrs.Walsh cherished her son dearly. Given her son’s exceedingly antisocial, harsh, and violent attitude, she appears to be a naughty mother regarding ethically educating her son while caring for him. She is, therefore, likely to indulge him excessively and fail to chastise him for his undesirable behavior effectively. She also comes across as somewhat demanding and haughty, insisting passionately that the police give her and her son their attention even though they have far more pressing matters on their plate. This demonstrates her selfishness.

The appearance of the little girl more or less contributed to the diversity in the personality of the Wheeler couple.
