Traci Lords is an American actress and singer born Nora Louise Kuzma on May 7, 1968, in Steubenville, Ohio, U.S. She used a bogus birth certificate to enter the adult film industry to hide the fact that she was two years younger than the legal age of eighteen. Throughout her acting career, Lords was one of the most sought-after actors in the adult film industry. As a result of the FBI acting on a tip that Lords was a minor while working in the industry and that pornographers were disseminating and selling these illegal images and videotapes, those in charge of making and distributing the tapes were prosecuted.
