English pop and R&B musician Zain Javadd Malik (born January 12, 1993), also known by his stage name Zayn, comes from the country. He spent time on the loan while a City player at Carlisle United, where he made it to the 2010 Football League Trophy Final, and Leeds United, where his loan was extended permanently in 2010.
