When you have the opportunity to get a new hairstyle and style, most people take the chance. Getting your hands on a whole new hairstyle can give you so many options for styling your hair and making it seem more exciting and unique at the same time. For instance, one of our favorite hairstyles is curly box braids, as shown in this blog post. This style has been popular lately because it looks great with many different hair textures and almost any hair type.

Drop braids, for those unfamiliar, are a unique hairstyle that is gaining favor in the African-American community. Drop braids are a more advanced braided style, but the look can be done with any type of hair and can add volume to your hair in the best way possible. There are no step-by-step directions for this haircut, but the images above can give you an idea. If you want to try out this style, you need to start with the top section and then move to the bottom. The twists used in the braids look great with these curls, and we think it looks very sexy.

3. Faux Box Braid Bob with Curls
Why not braid your hair in a box braid style if you want to try something new and different? Faux Box Braid Bob with Curls hairstyle is perfect for short hair or even medium-length hair. To get this hairstyle, you will have to create box braids starting at the nape of your neck and moving over to one side. This style is unique because it gives a layered appearance rather than a uniform look.

4. Curly Box Tree Braids

This hairstyle is beautiful and looks great with the loose curls featured in the image. You will need to start with your hair in braids and then curl it to create an S-shape to achieve this look.

This type of braid looks unique but, at the same time, has a classic look to it. The braids are in a way that gives them a bit of dimension and creates an interesting-looking hairstyle. This combination of hair colors looks great together, and we think the loose curls look fantastic as well with this hairstyle.

Mohawk Style Cornrows with Bantu Knots is truly innovative, and we love how it looks like a Mohawk with cornrows. For those with short hair, this style is relatively quick and easy. The key to a great-looking Mohawk is to ensure that the knots are tiny and uniform, just like we see in the picture above.

18. Blonde Fishtail Braid
Fishtail braids never go out of style, and they can be some of the cutest hairstyles that you can wear. This example has a blonde color that we love, but you can choose another variation if you prefer another color. To get this hairstyle, you will need to have a lot of hair on your head and own a few elastics, which is why it is most suitable for long hair.
